Krzysztof Bełech
Founder of Satus Venture. Additionally, fulfils a function of a Member of Investement Committees JCI Venture, FZ KPT, AI NOT, Technopark Gliwice, Technology Accelerator Foundation of University of Łódź. He managed the evaluation process of hundreds of investment projects ended with dozens of capital inputs. Co-founder of BDM TFI S.A. In 1996-2002 securities broker, commercial director of VEGA S.A., he was leading a consulting company. As part of his advisory activites he completed preparatory work for several investment projects and capital transactions.
Author of several books, guidelines and models for the preparation of evaluation of investments, also for the Ministry of Economy, marshals’ offices, funds for environmental protection and business environment institutions. -
Andrzej Soczek
A graduate of Cracow University of Technology. He completed postgraduate studies in the faculty of Management of Small and Medium- sized Companies at the Cracow University of Economics. Also a securites broker and investment advisor. He has completed numerous courses and trainings in finance and accounting. He has many years of experience in the financial management of companies, including sitting on the boards of Krakowska Fabryka Armatur S.A., I Mistral Fund, Odtratrans S.A. In the years 2001-2011 he was a member of several boards of companies including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Jacek Kłeczek
He plays the role of a Member of Supervisory Board of portfolio companies. He studied at the Cracow University of Technology Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and has the title of M.Sc. In his career he has created many projects operating till today in the field of distribution, development, logistics, transportation, capital markets, energy and other, simultaneously fulfilling key functions in the governing bodies of these projects. He has a firm knowledge in the functioning of capital markets.
